State COVID-19 testing site at Forsyth Public Health ends March 22

Wednesday, March 22, will be the last day that the state contractor Ottendorf will be offering free lab-confirmed walk-up COVID-19 testing in front of the Forsyth County Department of Public Health, 799 N. Highland Ave. Their hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Wednesdays. No insurance or ID is needed.

State funding for COVID-19 testing sites is scheduled to end on March 30.

Free COVID-19 at-home test kits will continue to be available at the Public Health Department and county libraries.
